(1) As far as I know... you shouldn't have to pay for the data transfer if you're using the wireless. You can disable your 3G network by going to:

settings>General>network>turn the "enable 3G" off

(2) I haven't done it myself so can't help you with that..... but you can try connect to your pc and organise it via itune..... that's my guess...

1) when im connected to wireless@sg, must i still pay for the data transfer when browsing? if not, how do i disable the GPRS on my phone so that my phone will only use wireless when browsing the net?

2) how do i organise multiple photo albums in my iPhone?

I think for singtel users, the most common plan will be 2 year plan. but than, they will let you recontract at 1 year, 21 months or 2 year respectively.

At which period should you recontract to maximise your gain?

let's just imagine you are planning to use singtel for 14 years for this exercise, so can compare with this 3 period of recontract.
